Millenial Net released a survey yesterday that showed increased adoption of wireless sensor networks. The survery of 136 businesses showed that sensor networks are often being utilized as a competitive advantage for early adopters.
Another result of the survey showed that 73% of the companies planning future sensor network projects expect to use external professional services firms for tasks such as RF design and testing, prototype development, and sensor / gateway integration.
